Dental Hygienist (full or part time) - Grand Dental - West Des Moines, IA

Our growing, four-doctor doctor practice is looking for a dental hygienist to join our team. We are looking for a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable providing the full slate of dental hygiene procedures from prophies to scaling & root-planing. Pay is commensurate with experience, ranging from $42-48 per hour. Full-time is preferable, but qualified individuals who seek part-time are still welcomed to apply. A qualified applicant should hold a current license in good standing with the Iowa Dental Board to practice dental hygiene with anesthesia credentials. We schedule 60 minutes for routine visits and prioritize quality and efficiency over pure quantity. Our office conducts quarterly team building with CE awarded and emphasizes continuous improvement. We are currently offering a $2,000 signing bonus for full-time hygienists and $1,000 for part-time hygienists, paid after 90 days of employment.
