Orthodontist/Dentist - Spring Creek Family Dentistry - Zion Crossrds, VA

Spring Creek Family Dentistry and Orthodontics is a well-established, patient-focused dental practice known for providing high-quality general dentistry and orthodontic care in a welcoming and modern environment. We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Orthodontist or possibly full time Dentist that also offers orthodontic services to join our growing team and help our patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. Position Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and personable Orthodontist to provide exceptional orthodontic care on a part-time basis or possibly full time as well. We currently offer ortho 1 day a week due to limitations in available hours from current orthodontist. The ideal candidate is committed to patient satisfaction, comfortable working with both children and adults, and proficient in the latest orthodontic techniques and technologies. If interested in general dentistry as well, position would be for 4-5 days a week and room to grow the orthodontics side of the practice. Full time orthodontist is also an option for candidate that would like to grow practice over time. Currently have 5 ortho chairs built out with room to expand over time. Starting salary for full time ortho would be 200K with transition to % collections when collections exceeds base. Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat dental malocclusions and oral cavity anomalies Design and implement individualized treatment plans Monitor patient progress and adjust appliances as needed Educate patients and guardians about treatment options and proper oral care Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists in the practice Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Qualifications: DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program Active [State] dental license (or eligibility for licensure) Board certification or eligibility preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills A patient-first, team-oriented mindset What We Offer: Competitive compensation 45% of ortho collections, 35% dental collections negotiable Equity in practice if interested in buying in For full time position, would start at 200K yearly with transition to collections once practice grows and collections has exceeded base.
