We are seeking an experienced, versatile Dental Assistant who is comfortable supporting both clinical and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is compassionate, efficient, reliable , and brings a calm, professional demeanor to patient care. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being an essential part of a collaborative dental team. Responsibilities Including, but not limited to: Patient & Front Office Support Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism Schedule, confirm, and verify appointments Answer and make phone calls in a courteous and timely manner Update and maintain electronic patient records using computer systems Clinical Support Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare, set up, and break down operatories Seat and dismiss patients efficiently and compassionately Take oral radiographs Maintain infection control standards by preparing, sterilizing, and organizing instruments and equipment Patient Education Provide post-treatment oral care instructions Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques to promote optimal oral health Requirements Dental assistant experience at at least 1 year or completion of 60 hour externship*** Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Computer proficiency; Dexis experience preferred If you are a dedicated dental assistant who values patient care, teamwork, and professional growth, we would love to hear from you. *** We offer externship opportunities for individuals without prior dental assisting experience.
