We are looking for a skilled Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary (EFDA) who brings clinical excellence, strong ethics, a kind heart, and a genuine team spirit to everything they do. What We Stand For - Core Values Excellence – Precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to best practices in everything we do Integrity – Doing the right thing, always Kindness – Creating a safe, welcoming space for all Teamwork – Supporting one another and working toward shared goals Compassion – Meeting each patient with empathy, patience, and respect What You’ll Do – Job Responsibilities Perform all expanded functions allowed under Washington State law Assist with restorative procedures, take impressions, place sealants and provisional restorations Support dentists and hygienists in providing efficient, high-quality care Ensure proper sterilization, cleanliness, and infection control Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions Keep detailed and accurate clinical records What We’re Looking For – Position Requirements Active Washington State EFDA certification At least one year of EFDA experience preferred Strong clinical and communication skills A calm, compassionate approach to patient care A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude Compensation & Benefits Starting wage: $40-$45 per hour Excellent benefits including medical and vision insurance, in house dental care, 401k with employer matching, paid time off (one hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked), 11 paid holidays, orca card, and access to building fitness center amenities If you’re looking to grow your skills in a practice that values integrity, teamwork, and people-first care, we’d love to hear from you!
