About the Role We are looking for a career-minded Dental Front Office Professional who can deliver warm, attentive patient service while managing the administrative responsibilities of a modern dental practice. This position is essential to supporting both our patients and our team with professionalism, accuracy, and compassion. What You’ll Do Welcome and check in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor Manage incoming calls, scheduling, and patient communications Coordinate billing, insurance, and financial arrangements Maintain smooth daily office flow and support overall practice efficiency Work closely with clinical and administrative team members Provide exceptional customer service and help uphold our high standard of care Schedule Monday 7-3 Tuesday Wednesday 8-5 Thursday 8-3 Every other Friday morning 8-12 Full-time, in-person position What We Offer Competitive Pay: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience) Medical insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays 401(k) Profit sharing Stable 4.5-day workweek for excellent work-life balance What We’re Looking For 2–3+ years dental front office experience required Strong understanding of common dental procedures Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly personality Professional, polished appearance Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work accurately Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Customer service or receptionist experience is a plus Dentrix experience preferred (or willingness to learn quickly) Why Join Us?
