Dental Receptionist - High House Pediatric Dentistry - Cary, NC

We are seeking a Guest Relations Associate position at our practice. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate, is driven to success, enjoys interacting with parents and children, and has a positive attitude. We expect you to come to the table with motivation and knowledge, critical thinking and the ability to multi-task. This position is for a full time Guest Relations Associate able to work in our office Monday-Thursday. Additional hours may be available on some Fridays. The job duties include checking in and out patients, speaking to parents about insurance, verifying insurances, collecting payment and entering payments into Dentrix, and just generally being an awesome and fun person to work with. Job Requirements: 1-2 years of experience working in a medical/dental front office setting. Experience with dental insurance and treatment plans necessary. Experience in a dental office treating children of all ages strongly preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus. Salary is commensurate with experience.
