Our office hours are as follows: Monday 8:00am-6:00pm (Monroe) Tuesday 8:00am-5:00pm (Monroe) Wednesday CLOSED Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm (Monticello) Friday 7:00am-3:00pm (Monroe, except first Friday of the month) Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive and thorough dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis (1 hour appt), periodontal therapies (1.5 hour appt), and digital radiographs/intraoral photographs - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits - Administer local anesthetic and nitrous oxide - Conduct oral cancer screenings and charting - Assist the dentist and other team members to deliver comprehensive care plans - Maintain accurate patient records Requirements - Valid Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license and CPR certification - Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations - Ability to take vital signs and medical imaging - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Previous experience in dental office is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $44.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 8 â 34 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Retirement plan Work Location: In person
