Dedicated assistants are provided to obtain x-rays and sterilize so our hygienists can focus on providing high quality care to each individual patient. If you're passionate about helping children develop healthy smiles and making dental visits a positive experience, we'd love to hear from you! *Competitive Salary Key Responsibilities Provide gentle, thorough dental cleanings and preventive care for pediatric patient's Educate children and their parent's on oral health habits and proper dental care Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and document patient care in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize Practice works software for patient management and record-keeping. Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients as needed. Experience The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience: Pediatric experience is preferred but we're happy to train the right candidate Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and understanding of dental terminology. Ability to make children feel at ease during dental procedures. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and parents about their oral health. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care.
