What You'll Do Be a trusted presence alongside patientsâreassuring them, answering questions, and making sure they feel seen and heard. Support the dentist during a wide variety of procedures with care, attention, and focus. Prepare treatment rooms with care and cleanliness to help patients feel welcomed and safe. Take digital x-rays and impressions with a gentle touch and clear communication. Deliver clear post-op instructions and help patients understand their next steps. Maintain a calm, caring environmentâespecially for nervous or first-time patients. Keep clinical areas clean, organized, and well-stocked, working collaboratively with the team. Pitch in as neededâwhether helping sterilize instruments or greeting a patient with a smile. What We're Looking For Experience as a dental assistant preferred, but we also welcome fast learners with heart and drive. X-ray certification (California) required. CPR/BLS certification. RDA license is a plus, but not mandatory. Comfortable with technology and dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.). A calm, kind communicator who can put even the most anxious patients at ease. Team player with a can-do attitude who enjoys collaborating and helping out.
