Who You Are: A licensed Dental Assistant (RDA/CDA preferred) with at least 1 year of experience. Current CPR certification. Calm, confident, and composed. A natural communicator who loves helping patients feel at ease. Someone that is coachable, dependable, and ready to learn new systems and workflows. Can meet challenges and expectations head on! Comfortable with digital dentistry and open to new technology! You care deeply about doing excellent work and being part of a great team! What You’ll Be Doing: Assisting the doctor chair-side with a variety of procedures. Helping set the tone for a positive, professional patient experience. Preparing and turning over rooms with absolute precision. Supporting clinical operations, inventory, sterilization, and ordering. Helping shape and refine systems and protocols as we grow.
