Who You Are: A licensed Dental Hygienist with a current CPR certification as well. Local anesthesia certification or willingness to learn. Calm, confident, and composed. A natural communicator who loves helping patients feel at ease. Someone that is coachable, dependable, and ready to learn new systems and workflows. Can meet challenges and expectations head on! Comfortable with digital dentistry and open to new technology! You care deeply about doing excellent work and being part of a great team! What You’ll Be Doing: Helping set the tone for a positive, professional patient experience. Preparing and turning over rooms with absolute precision. Mastery in radiographs, periodontal scaling and root planing, oral hygiene instructions and case presentation. Excellent communication skills - the hygiene department is an integral part of our success and growth. Helping shape and refine systems and protocols as we grow.
