YOUR ROLE As an Experienced Dental Administrator, your day will be focused on delivering an outstanding experience for every patient while supporting the practice's growth and efficiency. You will spend your time scheduling appointments aligned with practice goals, coordinating insurance benefits, arranging financial agreements, and helping patients stay on track with their recare and treatment plans. You will answer calls with professionalism, greet patients warmly, keep the clinical team informed of any scheduling changes, and help foster strong patient engagement. YOUR SCHEDULE FOR AN EXPERIENCED DENTAL ADMINISTRATOR This full-time administrative position includes 32 – 35 hours per week . Our typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening hours until 6:00 PM, and one Saturday per month from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of experience in a front office role in a general dental office Associate's degree Experience using Open Dental software Strong communication and computer skills Enjoy working with people and being part of a team Passion for dental health and helping others Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
