Key Responsibilities: -Provide high-level chairside assistance during a wide range of dental procedures, including cosmetic dentistry, full mouth rehabilitation, orthodontics, oral surgery, and general dentistry -Manage lab cases, ensuring timely case completion by appointment dates -Order and maintain dental supplies, ensuring the practice is always well-stocked and organized -Assist with patient care, preparation, and education before and after procedures -Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure that all instruments and equipment are clean and prepared for use -Collaborate closely with dentists and hygienists to deliver seamless patient experiences Qualifications: -Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Dental Assistant, preferably in a high-paced, comprehensive practice -Strong understanding and experience with cosmetic procedures, full mouth rehabilitation, orthodontics, oral surgery, and general dentistry -Experience in lab case management and dental supply ordering -Excellent chairside manner and ability to make patients feel comfortable and well cared for -Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment -Enthusiastic about patient care, with a commitment to delivering the highest level of service What We Offer: -A chance to work in a state-of-the-art dental practice focused on holistic, patient-centered care -Competitive salary -Opportunities for professional growth and development -Supportive and collaborative team environment If you are a motivated dental assistant who is passionate about providing high-quality care and assisting with advanced dental procedures, we want to hear from you!
