Dental front desk superstar Our dental office is currently looking for a dynamic front desk ambassador. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills as well as great listening skills to provide our patients with superior customer service. Prior dental experience is required for this position . The job responsibilities include: Answering multi line phones Scheduling appointments Maintaining the hygiene continuing care and filling the schedule Verification of insurance plans Discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements Collecting and posting patient payments All other front desk duties as needed Skills and Qualifications: Knowledge of dental terminology required Excellent customer service skills Experience with Dentrix dental software preferred Be punctual,dependable,and be willing to learn new skills This position is full time Monday-Thursday from 8:00am-5:00pm and offers a full benefit package.
