Our practice is centered on excellence, innovation, and patient-focused care.We maintain a fee schedule that averages 30% below the usual and customary fees in the area, without compromising quality. Thanks to our in-house dental lab, we can control every aspect of treatment and deliver exceptional, predictable resultsâmaking high-end dentistry more affordable and accessible to our patients. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist to join our team, to cover Fridays, with the potential for additional days as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, compassionate professional who thrives in a high-quality, patient-centered environment. Compensation: $65.00/hour OR 30% of production â whichever is greater per pay period Daily Responsibilities: Perform thorough prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records Collaborate with the dentist and team on patient care plans Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols Provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient Qualifications & Skills: Current licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in the State of Oregon Local Anesthesia Certified (Preferred) Radiology Certified Knowledge on Diode Lasers use (or willingness to gain certification in Diode lasers) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to delivering the highest standard of care Versed in treatment planning/presenting of late-stage periodontal disease Interested in educating patients on preventative health Able to examine patient from a âwhole-healthâ perspective Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Capable of delivering individualized, patient-specific care plans/OHI Experience with digital charting and X-rays (Open Dental/Carestack experience a plus) Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $65.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: In person
