About the Role We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our amazing dental team! You’ll be the first-person patients see when they walk in—helping them feel welcome, managing schedules, verifying insurance, and keeping the day running smoothly. If you love people and creating positive experiences, this role is for you! What You’ll Do Greet every patient with a smile and provide excellent customer service. Answer calls, texts, and emails quickly and professionally. Confirm appointments and verify insurance. Maintain a productive schedule. Collect and post payments at check-out. Present treatment plans and schedule follow-up visits. Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding balances. What We’re Looking For Dental front desk experience preferred (but not required for the right person!). Strong communication and multitasking skills. Friendly, professional, and reliable.
