Pay: From $44.00 per hour Job description: $1000.00 sign on bonus paid in three parts: 90 days, 6months and one year. Full time Dental Hygienist or part-time. Flexible schedule- for our pediatric dental offices in Harleysville and Devon. Reporting to the Lead Dentist, you will utilize your core skills in patient assessment and care, along with your knowledge of dental terminology and aseptic techniques. Your premium expertise in pediatric dentistry and familiarity with Curve will enhance patient experiences. Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance during pediatric dental procedures, ensuring a comfortable experience for young patients. Conduct patient assessments and maintain accurate medical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Utilize dental software such as Curve for documentation and scheduling. Educate patients and their guardians on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Assist in the management of vital signs and medical imaging as needed. Implement aseptic techniques to maintain a safe and sterile environment. Qualifications Valid dental hygienist license Proficient in chairside assisting and patient care Knowledge of dental terminology and medical records Familiarity with Curve software Experience in pediatric dentistry and four-handed dentistry Understanding of HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques Ability to assess patient needs and vital signs Strong documentation and medical coding skills Job Type: Full-time/Part-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $44.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 per week Benefits: Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
