About us We are a privately owned pediatric and orthodontic practice in Cypress. We are a new pediatric and orthodontic office looking to add to our team. We are looking for someone with experience with Dental front office and insurance verification. We are looking for a motivated individual who is ready to grow with our office. Duties may include but not limited to: Answering high volume phone calls Scheduling , Greeting patients, Insurance verifications (PPO and Medicaid), Orthodontic contracts, presenting treatment plans Obtaining required forms / consents Scanning Voicemail / E-mail correspondence Co-payment collection Keeping the office presentable and clean Candidate MUST have previous dental front office experience ( 2 year +) Previous experience with Open dental is a plus. Experience in Pediatric or Ortho practice a plus This position is Monday-Friday Pay is based on experience. Please do not call the office!
