Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Dental Front Desk Representative to join the team at Dentists of Scottsdale and FastBraces of Scottsdale. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, has excellent communication, is reliable, is on time, posseses computer skills and is capable of multitasking. Willing to learn is a must!

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
Answer phone calls, texts and schedule appointments
Assist patients with paperwork, including consent forms
Present treatment plans
Collect payments and submit claims
Maintain a clean and inviting environment
Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their visit

Qualifications

Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Familiar with computers and Dentrix scheduling software
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Be comfortable with our patient support bulldog Zeus
