Responsibilities and Duties Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures. Capture high-quality digital X-rays. Perform instrument sterilization according to OSHA and infection control protocols. Support smooth clinical flow through efficient four-handed dentistry. Assist with front office duties as needed — including greeting patients, helping with check-in/check-out, confirming appointments, and basic scheduling support. Maintain a clean, organized operatory and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and comfort. Qualifications and Skills Responsible, reliable, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Positive attitude, warm and caring personality, and a genuine passion for patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong chairside manners and professionalism. Computer proficient and adaptable to digital systems.
