Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dental provider in delivering quality oral health care to patients. Duties - Perform chairside assisting during dental procedures - Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations - Take and develop dental x-rays - Sterilize and maintain dental instruments - Provide post-operative instructions prescribed by the dentist - Manage patient records and documentation Qualifications - Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role - Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures - Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar dental software systems - Familiarity with medical coding and insurance billing processes - Ability to perform four-handed dentistry techniques - Competency in aseptic techniques and infection control protocols - Experience with endodontic procedures is a plus - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment Job Type: Part-time Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
