Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced General Dentist Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent chairside manner, and solid experience performing molar root canals . Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive procedures Confidently perform molar root canals and other endodontic treatments Deliver exceptional patient care with an emphasis on comfort, communication, and long-term oral health Collaborate with our dental team to ensure high-quality and efficient patient experiences Qualifications: DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school Active NJ dental license in good standing Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience required Strong endodontic skills (including molar root canals) required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Schedule: Monday: 9am-7pm Tuesday: 8am-4pm Wednesday: 9am-7pm Thursday: 8am-6pm Fridays: 8am-2pm (every other in our Metuchen office) Saturday : 9am-4pm (one per month September-April) Compensation: Competitive compensation based on experience and production.
