What Weâre Looking For: Highly motivated and coachable dental professional Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a collaborative environment Excels in taking direction, implementing feedback, and contributing positively Experience with Dentrix is a plus Loyal and dedicated to the practice as a whole Interested in potential long term steady commitment Responsibilities: Prepare clients for treatments ensuring their comfort Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials as indicated Sterilize instruments according to regulations Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Take records, impressions, and x-rays Assisting with lab tasks as needed Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked Maintain accurate electronic patient records, schedule appointments, assist with payment procedures Assist with front office tasks as needed Skills: Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of health & safety regulations Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks, coronal polishing is a plus Good computer skills Attention to detail Well-organized and reliable Excellent communication and people skills Graduating from dental assistant school is preferred Additional Certification is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Employee discount Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: X-Ray Certification (Required) Work Location: In person
