Position Overview Weâre looking for a motivated and reliable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate for us is positive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a supportive environment that values teamwork, growth, and excellent patient care. Youâll work chairside with the doctors assisting in patient procedures, take dental x-rays, sterilize instruments, turnover rooms, support the hygiene team, and help ensure our clinical flow is smooth and efficient. Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments, materials, and treatment rooms Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos as directed Manage patient records and charting accurately in our dental software Take impressions, pour models, and assist with lab work as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care instructions Support front office team as needed to ensure a seamless patient experience Uphold infection control protocols and maintain OSHA/HIPAA compliance Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office culture Qualifications Current California RDA license required Current CPR/BLS certification Experience with digital charting and X-rays preferred Excellent communication and multitasking skills Professional, dependable, and eager to learn Spanish speaking preferred but not required Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Paid time off and 7 paid holidays Continuing education opportunities In-house dental benefits for employee and their immediate family.
