Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Chairside Orthodontic Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of orthodontic assisting experience . The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, and passionate about patient care. You will work directly with our orthodontist and team to provide exceptional service and ensure a smooth clinical experience for every patient. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of chairside orthodontic assisting experience required Current Dental X-ray License required Orthodontic Assistant (COA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required Proficient in digital Cephalometric and panoramic x-rays Skilled in placing brackets, wires, and ties , including indirect bonding techniques Experience with iTero and/or similar intraoral scanners Proficient in digital and paperless office systems Experience with Invisalign or other aligner systems preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities Team player is a must — positive attitude and cooperative spirit Detail-oriented, professional, and patient-focused Current CPR certification a plus Compensation Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
