Britt Dental Center is an established privately owned general family dental practice in the Brier Creek of Raleigh and we are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to add to our amazing front office team. We offer a fun work environment with fantastic patients and are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated candidate who is friendly, outgoing, and an overall team player. This is a full-time, long-term position, and previous dental office experience is required. Good computer knowledge, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work at a fast pace and learn quickly are an absolute must. Duties include, but not limited to: Front office check in/check out of patients Answering phones and scheduling patients Confirming insurance and benefits Working with insurance EOB's and accounts receivable Treatment management and Dentrix experience a plus Our office is open Monday through Friday (8am to 4pm) and this opportunity is to work 4 days a week depending on office schedule.
