Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, exceptional clinical skills, and a genuine interest in building long-term relationships with patients. This position is part-time — we’re flexible and happy to work with your schedule. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments Take and develop X-rays as needed Review and update patient medical histories and perform oral health assessments Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, home care techniques, and preventive care Assist with operatory preparation and sterilization protocols Maintain detailed and accurate patient records Collaborate with the dentist and team to ensure exceptional patient experiences Stay current with the latest advancements in dental hygiene techniques and care Qualifications: Valid Dental Hygienist license in North Carolina Strong understanding of dental procedures and preventive care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Professionalism, attention to detail, and a patient-first mindset If you are a dedicated hygienist who values quality care and connection with patients, we’d love to meet you!
