About the Role As a Dental Assistant, youâll be the doctorâs right handâhelping patients feel at ease, supporting clinical excellence, and ensuring every visit runs smoothly. Youâll also have the unique opportunity to work alongside a doctor renowned in the field of sleep and TMJ care, who teaches dentists across the countryâmaking this an environment where learning and growth are part of the everyday experience. What Youâll Do Prepare patients for procedures and help them feel comfortable and informed. Assist the doctor during procedures, including charting and instrumentation. Maintain sterilization, instrument organization, and operatory cleanliness. Take radiographs and impressions for oral appliances and whitening trays. Pour and trim models, manage lab cases, and track timelines. Enter detailed notes on treatment recommendations, options, and plans. Follow up with patients regarding treatment, referrals, and medical consults. Jump in with the front office team when neededâanswering phones, scheduling, or patient outreach. Why Join Epic?
