We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the dentist during procedures and providing quality patient care. Duties: - Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Take and develop dental x-rays as directed by the dentist - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions - Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment - Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow Experience: - Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred - Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and equipment - Proficiency in taking vital signs and performing basic dental radiography - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients of all ages, - Understanding of aseptic techniques and infection control protocols Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Continuing education credits Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
