Competitive base pay based on experience Part-time (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or equivalent certification required in Florida. Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience in a dental office environment (pediatric experience a plus). Some front‑desk or administrative crossover experience – verifying dental insurance coverage/eligibility, scheduling patients, handling phone calls. Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality — you’ll interact with children, parents, and the team. Strong communication skills, excellent team attitude, dependable and punctual. Comfortable with both clinical assisting and front‑desk tasks; ability to switch roles as needed. Fluent in English and Spanish is a huge plus!
