Overview We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. Our state-of-the-art cosmetic and general dental practice does a wide range of procedures including surgery and sedation. We need an outstanding individual who is friendly, highly organized and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our dental team and ensuring a positive experience for our patients. As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various dental procedures, managing patient records, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Duties - Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by providing necessary tools and materials. - Dental assist during surgical procedures such as: extractions, bone grafts, implants, and tissue grafts - IV Sedation Dental assistant - Dental assist during root canal therapy - Prepare examination and surgical rooms - Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment to ensure compliance with health regulations and move equipment into place - Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with practice protocols. - Maintain and organize dental instruments - Take Radiographs, Panoramics as well as 3D CBCT Scans - pour up models Requirements - Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the practice. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
