We are looking for a highly-skilled Front Desk Patient Coordinator for our high-volume, state-of-the-art specialty dental practice. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and successful. An excellent Front Desk Patient Coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed. Responsibilities Include: Follow office work flow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency Accurately maintain files and records Support other team members with various tasks Greet and assist patients Account posting and daily settlement Scheduling of patients and maintaining a schedule for multiple providers. Deal with customer concerns Communicate with other dental and medical providers Applicants are required to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliability with patience and professionalism Organization with the ability to multi task Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles Proven experience of customer service Excel knowledge a plus MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DENTISTRY IS REQUIRED .
