Position Overview: We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist who takes pride in patient education and clinical excellence. The ideal candidate is a team player who values relationships, clear communication, and providing superior care to every patient. Responsibilities: Perform thorough prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance procedures Take and evaluate digital radiographs Review medical histories and assist in diagnosis and treatment planning Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and treatment recommendations Maintain accurate and complete patient records Ensure a clean and organized operatory and sterilization area Collaborate with the doctor and team to provide the best possible patient experience Qualifications: Current TN Dental Hygienist License Current CPR certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and time management A positive, team-oriented attitude Schedule: M-W: 7:45am-5pm; T: 6:45-2pm (we skip lunch to get off earlier) Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience Bonus structure Paid holidays and vacation after 1 year Supportive, fun, and team-oriented work environment Why You’ll Love Working Here: Our team values community, cleanliness, and compassion.
