Dental Assistant – Full Time Location: Bridgeport Smiles, Chicago, IL Bridgeport Smiles is a trusted dental practice dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles. Our friendly, compassionate team creates a welcoming environment for every patient, and we’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join us full-time! What You’ll Do: Welcome and escort patients to the operatory Assist the dentist chairside during procedures Take digital X-rays Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories Review health histories and update charts Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment plans Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Track lab cases and manage supply inventory Set up trays and instruments for scheduled procedures Support front office tasks as needed Ensure preventive maintenance of dental equipment Communicate with the Lead Assistant and Office Manager regarding supplies Follow infection control and safety protocols What We’re Looking For: Previous chairside dental assisting experience Certificate in coronal polishing and sealant application Outgoing, compassionate personality Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Knowledge of dental terminology and equipment maintenance Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Every other Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Why Join Us?
