What You’ll Love About Us: Collaborative, supportive team culture Meaningful work that makes people smile Work life balance M, T, TH, F (Wednesday off) Benefits & Paid Time Off Schedule (days/hours): Mon, Tues, Thurs 8am-6pm & Fri 8am-3pm (Wed OFF) Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort Take and develop dental X-rays as needed Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures Maintain accurate patient records and update charts Qualifications: Dental Assisting Experience Organized, reliable, and committed to providing 5-star patient care Someone who thrives in a team-first, people-focused environment Compensation: $25.00 – $29.00/hr About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
