Job ID: 11519 Location: Multiple Gentle Dentist practices within the Indianapolis area. Job Type: Part-Time Schedule: Schedules will vary based on office need IDEAL CANDIDATE The ideal Flex Team Member will be a person who loves change and is comfortable commuting to different offices within the Indianapolis area. The ability to adapt to different personalities and provide assistance where it is needed. Responsibilities You will assist dentists and hygienists in quality diagnosis through X-rays, verbal communication, and other dental tests as directed. Prepare the treatment room for patients by following prescribed procedures and protocols. Provide instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to the treatment area; positioning instruments for dentist's access; suctioning and passing instruments. Qualifications Certification as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) or equivalent. Current CPR/BLS certification. High School Diploma or equivalent Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and equipment. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
