We’re looking for a Floater Dental Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator who can jump in wherever the day takes them. Some days you’ll be chairside helping patients feel calm and cared for; other days you’ll be up front greeting patients, managing schedules, or helping someone make sense of their insurance. You’ll be the go-to person who keeps things moving — the glue that holds it all together. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to do the same exact thing every day. It’s for someone who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and the satisfaction of a job well done. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of dental procedures, clinical operations, and patient communication.
