Your day includes: Clinical Excellence: Complete restorative procedures within your state certification scope—crowns, bridges, and more Perform fluoride treatments, sealants, and other preventive care Create impressions and digital scans for appliances and guards Maintain impeccable infection control and safety standards Patient Connection: Build relationships with patients and families, becoming their trusted care partner Educate and inform with confidence and compassion Create a welcoming environment that keeps patients coming back Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with doctors and team members to maximize patient care Maintain organized, ready-to-go operatories Adapt to schedule changes with grace and professionalism What You Bring to the Table Required: EFDA Certification (current) BLS Certification (current) X-Ray Certification (current) 2+ years of dental assisting experience 1+ year of EFDA experience preferred Nice to Have: Lab experience (but we'll train you if you're eager to learn!)
