Full Job Description Our state of the Art Dental Office is looking for a new team member! We are seeking an EFDA Dental Assistant to join our team and offering a $500 sign on bonus upon hire. Duties would include: Review patient health history. Provide information to patients and parents as needed. Performs clinical functions that provide support to the office. Complete restorative work initiated by the dentist within the limits provided by the state certification. Fabricating, placing and removing temporary crowns or temporary bridges. Performs fluoride treatments an sealants as needed. Takes impressions and or intraoral scans of teeth for athletic appliances or occlusal guards. Set up and turn over room in efficient manner while maintaining compliance with all CDC and OSHA regulations. Is aware of schedule changes, and other procedures in order to prioritize duties. Adhere to all OSHA and HIPAA regulations. Maintains CPR, radiology certificate, and CE credit hours for EFDA certification. Perform all other duties as requested by Doctor. Lab duties a plus but not required, will train as needed.
