Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and have a strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology. This role involves working closely with patients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction while delivering a range of dental services. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients. Perform various dental procedures, including but not limited to, dental extractions, fillings, and prosthodontics. Maintain strict infection control protocols to ensure patient safety. Educate patients on oral health care and preventive measures. Utilize Dentrix software for patient management and record keeping. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver optimal patient care. Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology in patient interactions. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Strong understanding of infection control practices and dental terminology. Experience or interest in pediatric dentistry is a plus. Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental software is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
