Our practice is looking for a part-time dental hygienist. Office hours are Monday- Thursday 8am-5pm. Some Friday hours available based on need. We look forward to working with you! *Pay is negotiable based on experience* Qualifications · Must be a reliable, team player with good communication skills, detail oriented, and able to multi-task · Current CPR Certification · Registered Dental Hygienist license (Required) · Dentrix experience preferred Responsibilities Candidates must have at least one year of experience working in general dentistry and be expected to perform routine hygiene dutiesincluding: · Take patient’s blood pressure · Taking digital x-rays · Complete periodontal charting annually · Perform prophylaxes · Perform periodontal therapy · Apply sealants · Presentation of initial findings and recommended periodontal treatment · Confidently answer patient questions regarding any necessary treatment · Enter treatment performed and treatment plans in the chart · Give oral hygiene instructions · Assist in recare scheduling Job Type: Part-time Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule License/Certification: Registered Dental Hygienist (Required) Work Location: In person
