Our office provides a full range of dental services—from cleanings and cosmetic work to implants and Invisalign—in a welcoming environment that values both patient care and team culture. What We’re Looking for: Passion for dentistry and helping patients Minimum of 2 years of dental experience -knowledge and experience of assisting in dental procedures Experience with Dentrix Ascend Team player and goal-oriented Enthusiastic and positive attitude Motivated in well-paced environments Eager to learn full spectrum of the job What You'll Do: Assist the dentist during a wide variety of procedures Provide excellent patient care and ensure comfort Take digital x-rays and impressions (experience with digital scanners a plus) Enter treatment notes using Dentrix Ascend Communicate to patients and address their concerns Follow schedule guidelines to ensure production goals are met daily Assist in treatment planning Documenting existing conditions and phrasing new treatment accurately Perform patient charting in digital form Efficient in producing high-quality digital X-rays Excellent chair-side manner and assistance (i.e., provide hand instruments and materials as needed to the dentist during exams and procedures in order to help maintain patient comfort and dentist’s efficiency) Help with ordering supplies as needed Clean and sterilize instruments, and set rooms up for patient care Able to make preliminary impressions, casts, molds, & pour up models, etc. Certified in coronal polishing and sealants (preferred) We Offer: Full-time and/or part-time position with flexible scheduling Positive, supportive team environment Exposure to all areas of dentistry Competitive pay (based on experience) Opportunity to grow with advanced procedures and technology Bonus if You Have Experience In: Digital dentistry Implants Invisalign Who You Are: Great communicator with a positive attitude Energetic, dependable, and team-oriented Comfortable in a modern, fast-paced office Schedule (Part time is flexible): Monday 8am-5pm Tues 8am-5pm Wed 10am-7pm Thurs 8am-5pm Friday OFF Saturday (every other Saturday) 7am-1pm Sunday OFF Pay: $20-$22/hr, depending on experience.
