As the owner of our practice, Dr. Mehta believes in co-diagnosis with his hygienists and empowers them to work to the top of their license. Our Dental Hygienists play an essential role in our team and are valued for their contributions to the practice. Responsibilities: Conduct oral health assessments and create treatment plans Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planning Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and CBCT scans Use Infrared caries detection to identify cavities in their early stages Utilize laser-assisted dental hygiene to offer a minimally invasive and comfortable cleaning experience for our patients Educate patients on oral hygiene and disease prevention Work with our dental team to ensure a positive patient experience Collaborate with Dr. Mehta and the dental team to co-diagnose treatment plans and provide comprehensive care to our patients Requirements: Active Dental Hygiene license in the state of Minnesota Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene Experience working as a Dental Hygienist preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply Ability to work collaboratively with a team Excellent communication skills and ability to educate patients We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package, including: Multiple health insurance plans to choose from Dental insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) 401k with employer match Paid time off (PTO) 8 paid holidays Sick leave The office hours are kid-friendly and provide a good work-life balance.
