As the first point of contact for our dental practice, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental reception and possess strong administrative and communication skills. ```Responsibilities``` - Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our scheduling system - Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with completing necessary forms - Maintain accurate patient records and update medical records as needed - Handle patient inquiries and provide information about dental procedures, services, and payment options - Manage patient flow by coordinating with the dental team to ensure efficient scheduling - Assist with billing and insurance claims processing - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area ```Skills``` - Proficiency in using dental practice management software - Knowledge of terminology, dental procedures, and dental insurance processes - Strong administrative skills, including data entry, filing, and record keeping - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Experience with phone systems and handling patient inquiries - Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional patient service, we would love to hear from you.
