Front desk receptionist will be cross trained with Dental assistants to assist in clinic. Clean up dental clinic the end of the day. When Office is Busy, help out clinic assistants with setting up and cleaning up rooms. Welcome the patients Answering calls Checking patients in/out Scheduling appointment Confirm patient appointments Checking insurance eligibility Submitting pre-authorization to insurances Maintain recall list Present Treatment plan to patients Job Descriptions Welcome the patients Communicate, schedule and confirm appointments for patients.
