What You’ll Be Doing Assisting our dentists at the chair side during a variety of dental procedures Helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and welcome Taking digital X rays and intraoral photos Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment Maintaining clean, organized, modern operatories Leading and mentoring other dental assistants to ensure smooth daily operations Who We’re Looking For A People Person: Outgoing, friendly, and able to put patients at ease. (A shy personality tends not to be a great fit for this role.) A Strong Team Player and Leader: You jump in to help, guide, and mentor your teammates to keep the day running smoothly Proactive and Quick Thinking: You anticipate needs, solve problems, and stay eager to learn. Reliable and Punctual: Candidates within a reasonable commute to our Whittier Blvd office tend to thrive. Qualified: A current California X ray license and CPR certification are required. An RDA license is a plus but not mandatory.
