Must be patient-oriented, friendly, and personable. The position involves greeting patients, making appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, discussing treatment with patients and doctors, and understanding insurance and date entry. Hardworking, proficient in typing, proficient in the use of the internet. Must show proficient skills in customer service. Able to Speak Chinese PREFERRED (Mandarin, Cantonese).
