Position: Dental Hygienist Schedule: 2â3 days per week We are looking for a candidate who: Has a true passion for hygiene Loves educating patients and offering solutions Is organized, proactive, and prepares thoughtfully for each patient Works collaboratively with the doctor for co-diagnosis and comprehensive care Key Responsibilities Clinical Care Provide quality hygiene treatment including scaling, polishing, and flossing Deliver exceptional oral hygiene instructions and recommend appropriate products Perform periodontal charting, assessments, and co-diagnosis with the doctor Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols Patient Experience Create a calming, supportive environment during patient appointments Educate patients in a way that builds trust and long-term health Schedule and make recall/maintenance appointments as needed Infection Control & Preparation Maintain infection control standards and operatory cleanliness Sterilize and organize instruments according to protocol Prepare operatory and patient flow with proactive planning What Weâre Looking For A hygienist who loves their profession and brings kindness to the role Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable A team player who contributes positivity and professionalism Someone who values a peaceful, patient-centered environment Perks Supportive and peaceful team culture Onboarding with your preferred instrumentation Bonus system Opportunity to grow within a practice that values your expertise If you desire a calm, respectful workplace where you can care for patients at a high level, we would love to meet you.
