Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will support dental practitioners in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring efficient clinic operations, and maintaining a safe and sterile environment. Prior experience with Dentrix and Dexis is preferred. The Dental Assistant will play a vital role in patient education, clinical procedures, and helping our practice run as smoothly as possible. This job is 4 days per week, no weekends. Duties Assist dentists during various procedures including chairside assisting and four-handed dentistry techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Take digital dental X-rays, including 3D scans and panoramic as needed Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring aseptic techniques are followed Provide patient education on oral health, post-treatment care, and preventive measures Assist with infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment Maintain knowledge of dental terminology. Qualifications Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role within a dental clinic setting Proficiency with Dentrix and Dexis preferred.
