Position Title: Associate Dentist Location: La Jolla, CA Reports To: Lead Dentist Work Schedule: Part Time - 2 to 4 SATURDAYS per month (6:45am to 1:30pm) Compensation: 30% of net production and/or guarantee base pay Responsibilities: Understand and align with the clinical philosophies of the practice Implement practice policies, protocols, processes and initiatives Follow state and federal laws Be the lead educator about oral health Diagnose oral health conditions with the use of AI, Intraoral photos and radiographs Treat oral health conditions Educate patients on the importance of prevention Maintain accurate patient records Achieve daily production goal Qualifications or Requirements: Dental License current DEA Registration Work experience -- 1-2 years is preferred by not required Why Us: We know that businesses that resist change risk becoming stagnant and irrelevant, which is why our dental practice is always looking to expand our services and offerings.
