Key Responsibilities & Impact: Clinical Excellence & Advanced Care: Perform comprehensive assessments using modern tools (e.g., xrays, intra-oral cameras, chartless systems). Leverage Diode Laser Certification to deliver advanced periodontal therapy and enhance patient outcomes. Production & Case Acceptance: Develop tailored care plans and serve as the primary clinical advocate by consistently identifying and presenting the need for adjunctive treatments, including: Laser Therapy Localized Antibiotics (e.g., Arestin) Fluoride Varnish Gingival Irrigation Perio Protect systems Specialty Referrals Patient Advocacy: Educate patients warmly and clearly on their oral health needs and treatment options, fostering informed decision-making. Work collaboratively with the Team to ensure seamless case presentation and acceptance Operational Integrity: Maintain efficient workflows and ensure meticulous, detailed documentation adhering to best practices in record-keeping.
